Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau RFP for Marketing Services:

Purpose: To develop and implement a Chicago Southland Leisure & Group Marketing Campaign.

Process: Includes RFP issuance, proposal submission, and review. A successful applicant may be chosen by the bureau's discretion.

Qualified Firms: Should demonstrate success in advertising campaigns, digital strategies, and preferably have experience in destination marketing.

Who We Are: Represents over 5,800 sleeping rooms and various properties with diverse market segments.

Notice of Selection: By January 22, 2024.

Contract Period: From February 1, 2024, to July 31, 2024.

Campaign Details:

Funding: Total available funding is $91,000.

Elements: Includes new group markets ad campaign, website hero images, booth screens, table wrap artwork, leisure advertising creative.

Scope: To drive visitation, increase website visits and guide requests, inspire travelers and event planners.
