We are looking for hotels (for example, Fairmont, Four Seasons, etc.) that are promoting sustainable concept and hoping to bring their brand forward to the next level. I want to learn if there is any similar exisiting program, we would like to know if this idea is workable and sacalable. In addition, the local suppliers that can provide wood and bamboo for the hotel.
In regards to finding the right collaborator, what is the most immediate or most pressing challenge you're facing right now?
If we are speaking specifically in Vancouver area, one of the challenge might be the weather that affects the solar power system, but we can consider with wind-power and hrdro power as well.

We don't have a lot of sustainable hotel in Vancouver area, and we would like to see a full-sustainable hotel in our area that can promotes to the world as well.

People: we need people to support us from the government to the employees that works in the hotel. The main goal of the idea is having the people who are invovled in the project understands why we are doing this, why is sustainability important, and why do we need to be sustainable from now.
Planet: Since hotel is essential for each travellers' stays, it can affect the travellers' experiences alot. With their stay at the sustainable hotel, they can spread the word to their friends and family and promotes sustainability as well. These chain of actions could save the world by slowing down the climate change.
Profit: the hotel sectors is always profitable in the tourism industry. And we believe the key factors to maximize the promotion of the sustainable hotel would be the marketing. The hotel itself would be a selling, and fully using wood and bamboo, and solar-power energy in the hotel would be some features.
