BONUS QUESTION: What is it about your idea that makes you feel good?

Young generations are one of the most important parts of the bright future, and they are innovative and motivated to make our world better. It’s important to hear from them and work closely with related partners to plan and come up with feasible solutions to mitigate Climate Change together.

What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?

It is an online platform for sharing and discussing the tips on recycling/disposing the garbage properly. It is mainly for local young generations to share tips on recycling and disposing with the tourists when the tourists come to the areas that they live and for international young generations report to the government on local phenomena when visit other areas (e.g., some residential areas have unattended garbage next to them) through this platform. Both local and international young generations can give feedback and provide suggestions and ideas about how to make the areas better to the government and work with related partners to implement innovative and feasible solutions. The users can pinpoint the location of the trash on this platform, and the location will be visible to all users. Once the location is found and cleaned, users can earn redeemable points, which can be exchanged for coupons to the local tourist attractions. The platform is also an educational channel for promoting climate change concepts and calling for action.
