I want to develop a guest chef program at my hotel to highlight local restaurants to our hotel guests to encourage them to dine out in town more.

My ideal collaborative partner would be any hotel owners who have implemented something like this and can share what went well, potential snags, etc.

+ What is it about your idea that makes you feel good?

Our towns restaurants serve delicious authentic food and have been hard hit by covid - I would like to showcase them at our hotel to our guests in hopes the guests will go to their restaurants later in their trip
