+ In one sentence, tell us about your idea.

I am working on a travel company called Homeschool Holidays-- where parents can travel and in each destination we offer an accredited teacher to homeschool their children in country.

I’m looking for a partner who has marketing expertise in both the education and tourism world.

+ What is it about your idea that makes you feel good?

Right now parents are overwhelmed with the weight of homeschooling their children. They are free to travel because school is not in session and is available virtually, but for most that sounds like a nightmare. By offering teachers, the parents get a holiday (or a working holiday), and the students get a quality homeschool education. We have a large network of homeschool families that did this all before COVID who are keen to travel alongside these new-to-homeschooling families -- so the homeschool families teach the students and provide the students with classmates to make sure they are getting social exposure in addition to academic exposure.

+ What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?

Because homeschooling has been very fringe in the past, but now there is mass market opportunity for this type of business.

Parents, students, and homeschool families looking to travel for barter.
