What if there was a way for out-of-state (or out-of-country) real estate investors to travel to a city and have real estate agents, property managers, accommodations, and local tours/attractions all set up for them.

My ideal collaborative partner or partners would be...?

Looking for tourism boards, CVBs, and DMOs who might support this idea to encourage investment in their destination. I’m also looking to meet those who could develop complex tours as well as coordinate and vet local vendors in each city.

What is it about your idea that makes you feel good?

Making it easier for people to invest in places other than where they live.

What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?

It's innovative because it removes the barriers that stand in the way of people investing in other markets. And it gives investors an opportunity to have fun while pursuing an investment opportunity.

Real estate investors and CVBs/ tourism boards looking to attract investors to their destinations.
