The potential to apply novelty and inventiveness embodied in digital tools to bring about equality for everyone mistreated despite their protected characteristics in line with their basic human rights as invention presents new case evidence in both case pursuit as well as case defence - equality law is anticipatory, with the invention heralding a new era in compliance of the built environment using real-time situational and locational data.
Further, the opportunity to showcase new product development in a beneficiary location to help attract inward investment, diversify economy and improve economic resilience of communities against shock; and to reduce the negative impact on the consequential patient in our healthcare systems at their most vulnerable by enabling operators to enable a UV product warning they already advertise signalling Duty of Care acceptance closer to the location of the associated risk for greater awareness and early intervention against existing skincancer treatment overspends that already adversely impact them.
