Our group members had an idea for add more artificial intelligence to the tourism industry to enhance the visitor experience. For example, the hotels, restaurants and airports to use AI with tourism service.

My ideal collaborative partner or partners would be companies and industries that research and develop artificial intelligence. We want to work with specialist teams and companies to bring in their products, and provide a more accurate experience for visitors from different countries.
In regards to finding the right collaborator, what is the most immediate or most pressing challenge you're facing right now?
We believe the most pressing challenge is the very significant impact of Covid-19 on the tourism industry, with a downward trend in funding revenue in all areas. By far the most difficult is funding and budgeting for purchased AI.
BONUS QUESTION: What is it about your idea that makes you feel good?
Before artificial intelligence was applied to the tourism industry, hotel managers often had to hire people to collect and analyze data in order to understand what was going on in their hotel or restaurant. One of the most common problems in the tourism industry is the language barrier; where still some visitors from different countries are still unable to communicate properly with local service staff or tell them what they think, such as the elderly and children. However artificial intelligence can be embedded in various language packages to communicate without language barriers. Online customer service and room service require a lot of human resources, which generates more hotel costs and staff are not as productive as when AI receives tasks.
What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?
Some hotels and restaurants were already using AI before Covid-19, but the usage rate was not as high. During Covid-19, tourism was severely affected. At the same time, we felt that during this particular period, we could use AI products in different ways and on a larger scale. The most important groups we considered were older travelers and children. For example, some robots will offer many different national languages. Many seniors and children do not speak English, and we think this will provide more convenience for special populations.
