Create a petition that will allow governments of different countries to create or at least think about creating a law to make an obligatory condition for tourists to make an environmental task to enter another region or a country

I strongly believe, that my idea is something new, because it needs a lot of courage to make it true. I have asked people about it and many of them told me , that it sounds a little bit impossible

as for people, it will give them an opportunity to make their places of living more clear and safer. as for planet, it will lead to waste reduction and save fauna and flora as for profit, it will reduce the costs allocated by states for cleaning beaches, reservoirs, forests and etc
