AUG 2 DEADLINE - Waterfront and Economic Development Plan for Whittier, Alaska

The City of Whittier, Alaska, is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the planning, development, and design of a Waterfront and Economic Development Plan (WEDP). The project includes two main areas: the Waterfront Development Area (WDA) and the Harbor Management Area (HMA).
