Maintenance and Support: Continuous patching and feature updates, daily monitoring for vulnerabilities, and 24/7 breach notification and response. Customer support should be available via phone, email, live chat, and video sessions, with a self-guided help center for additional assistance.
Compliance and Documentation: Submission of all necessary compliance documents, including ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, business registration certificate, EEO/Affirmative Action compliance, and disclosures related to investment activities in Iran and prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus.
