OCT 11 DEADLINE - Communication Agency for ITIE-Chad under the PAGESE Project

The Ministry of Finance, Budget, Economy, and Planning in Chad is seeking a communication agency to support the ITIE-Chad (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) in achieving its communication objectives under the PAGESE Project.
