MAY 1 DEADLINE - Environmental Services for Airport Development Projects

The Michigan Department of Transportation - Office of Aeronautics seeks Statement of Qualifications from consulting firms to prepare National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, including Categorical Exclusion (CatEx), Environmental Assessment (EA), and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) projects. Compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Orders 5050.4B and 1050.1F is mandatory. Additional environmental services like wetland delineations and Pollution Incident Prevention Plans (PIPP) may be requested. Projects will follow 49 CFR 18.36 and Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E principles, with up to five firms selected until 2029.
