Request for Quotation (RFQ) from SANParks for support and maintenance of LoyaltyPlus platform for 6 months.
Objectives: Solicit bids for supporting and maintaining LoyaltyPlus for SANParks, appoint experienced service provider.
Bid must meet specified requirements and show projected cost.
Scope includes ensuring functionality, accessibility, reliability, and desired outcomes.
Deliverables include support for Wild Card program and new loyalty program.
System Support Services:
Business analysis, project management, configuration, development, integration, deployment, adoption, maintenance, and support.
Set up and configure system per SANParks' rules.
Develop specific features upon request.
Conduct testing, issue licenses, manage data migration, deployment, ensure usability, manage SLAs, incident response, performance evaluation, preventative tasks, maintain documentation.
Business Support Service:
Provide administrator and user training.
Conduct live demonstrations.
Develop custom reports for business intelligence efforts.
