Background: Bi-Town Marketing Committee, part of Bi-Town Economic Development Committee, promotes Deerfield Valley to visitors. Funded by the towns of Wilmington and Dover for a new digital ad campaign.
Scope of Work: Digital marketing campaign for summer & fall 2024; includes tagline development, digital asset creation, media buying, and KPI measurement.
Specific Tasks:
New campaign tagline.
Ad templates (static image, carousel, videos) for social media campaigns.
Unique campaign assets for four phases targeting families & young adults.
Coordinating and executing media buys ($88,000 budget).
Bi-weekly analytic reports and real-time dashboard access.
Optional: Additional KPIs, including geofencing.
Firm/Personal Qualifications: Creativity, knowledge of destination marketing, project communication, previous experience, timeline availability.
Required Content for Proposal: Identity, experience, creativity examples, media buy & analytics details, timeline/capacity, itemized costs, minimum two references.
Criteria Scoring: Creativity, knowledge of destination marketing, qualifications, timeline availability.
Selection Process: Evaluation and ranking of at least three firms/individuals, with potential interviews.
