JUL 22 DEADLINE - Philippines Trade Representation for Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) seeks trade representation services to plan, develop, and implement trade marketing strategies to encourage visitor arrivals from the Philippines to Hong Kong from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2027.

  • Collection of Project Brief: Submit an Expression of Interest on company letterhead to Ms. Deon Huang via email. Upon submission, a confidentiality agreement will be provided. Once signed and returned, the tenderer will receive the tender documents.

  • Deadline: July 22, 2024, at 12:00 pm Singapore Time.

  • Submission: Tenders must be mailed in sealed envelopes to Ms. Liew Chian Jia, Regional Director – SEA, Hong Kong Tourism Board, at the specified address in Singapore. No electronic or late submissions accepted.

  • Requirements: Must have valid business registration certificates and a proven track record of at least 5 years in trade representation services. Must not have conflicts of interest with national tourist organizations from November 2024 to October 2027.
