Wedding Optimizer, is an interactive online wedding booking and planning software used by hotels, resorts and venues to book plan and collaborate on weddings with engaged to be married couples.

Hotels, Resorts, Venues and wedding planners around the globe who want to engage and attract wedding couples to their location with ease and efficiency regardless of time zone.
+ What is the most immediate or most pressing challenge you're facing right now?
Our daily users are wedding planners within these hotels and resorts but they are not the decision makers. Our biggest challenge is reaching those decision makers.
+ What is it about your idea that makes you feel good?
We solve many problems and pain points for wedding couples and venues. We help resorts to create efficiency and make the wedding booking process easy for wedding couples. The wedding booking process is still back in the 20th century and not digital, easy and convienient or as robust as booking engines and softwares for booking hotel rooms. We make it easy for both front end user and back end user to collaborate.
+ What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?
Hotels and venues think its acceptable for wedding couples to call or email for their answers and bookings. Wedding Couples (mostly Millennials) do not understand why they can't view availability or wedding options or services online and instantly 24/7. Hotels main focus is heads in beds. They don't realize that millions of room revenue and another revenue stream can be generated from wedding couples and wedding groups if done well and efficient and with ease for couples globally.

Hotels, Resorts and Venues offering 50+ weddings per year. Global wedding couples looking for a wedding location not within driving distance of their home.

Our idea can bring more Wedding couples to hotels and resorts that they didn't even know existed. With our digital software there is a huge reduction on paper product and printing. Many couples will gift to their local causes and fundraisers or offer voluntourism hours as a wedding gift request. Hotels and Resorts can offer this type of program to hotel guests and support local charities as well as creating exposure and awareness to fundraising efforts. Couples can help to raise funds and awareness to these organizations directly or indirectly through the hotels, venues and resorts.
