Creating community focused and more aordable colivings for digital nomads by partnering with local businesses and operating in their low seasons.

local guesthouses or real estate owners with awesome vibes in magical places that have seasonality and see us as a partner, not just another OTA.
+ What is the most immediate or most pressing challenge you're facing right now?
Educating these local businesses about the coliving concept and needs of digital nomads. Running operations in a more eective way.
+ What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?
We want to create a world filled with more affordable, inclusive coliving homes in beautiful destinations, for digital nomads seeking community, stable Wi-Fi, and good workspaces. The current scarcity of quality coliving options stems from models that lack scalability. Our approach accelerates the creation of more coliving opportunities worldwide, enabling more people to feel confident to have a great time away from home and at the same time be in a work productive environment.

Educating these local businesses about the coliving concept and needs of digital nomads. Running operations in a more eective way.
+ At Sigmund, we are interested in ideas at the intersection of People, Planet, and Profit. How does your idea support these three categories?
People... We facilitate places where people can share valuable experiences with each other. Community is our secret sauce, we know how to do it well because of the experience of our founding team members that worked in coliving for over 8 years.
Planet... We know that digital nomads frequently travel by plane, but we're encouraging more sustainable methods. For instance, our community members could earn credits if they show they've traveled or plan to travel to our destinations over land. Additionally, we're looking to implement a system that allows our location partners to earn extra when they provide energy-efficient housing.
Profit... As we do not have any major investments by partnering with real estate owners and working on a 'pay out on booking' basis, we can become profitable very fast.
