Top challenge is to break into the hospitality industry & chain restaurants at the corporate level.

To empower casual dining with industrial automation and efficiency, and help hospitality and chain restaurants owners solve the labor shortage problem.

+ What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?

Labor shortage is becoming an immediate challenge threatening the sustainability and growth of the hospitality and quick service restaurants industry. Both the U.S. supply chain for food processing and the front end chain restaurants operations are mature and highly developed. It is the gap in back kitchen operations as we call the food preparation "last-mile problem" that jeopardizing the whole industry's survival and growth. It takes years of efforts and technology advancements in researching and developing the appropriate workstation cooking automation to work with all kinds of food preparation in back kitchen operations. Through years of R&D efforts, we have developed the most advanced cooking automation that works with a variety of food categories.

we are leveraging researching and development in robotic cooking hardware and software to empower casual dining with automation and efficiency. By doing so, we are reducing the waste and contamination in food preparation process and relieving owners and operators from tedious and repetitive back kitchen operations and helping them maintain the food quality and standards, while focus on better serving consumers in the front end. We build our cooking robot as a service into restaurants and hospitality companies' operating expense, and help them save cost and waste in food preparation and achieve better operating margin in the long run.
