We assist passenger airlines to digitize and fully automate their passenger claims handling processes and streamline their court case management.

+ What is the most immediate or most pressing challenge you're facing right now?
It is tough to identify within large organizations such as international airlines the individual with a vision and the authority to switch off legacy systems plus the strong will for innovation and the courage to try something new.
+ What is it about your idea that makes you feel good?
We help airlines to realize that claims can be a positive touchpoint with a customer and provide for a chance to win over a long-term loyal passenger. If we can get rid of the negative connotation of passenger claims and change the mindset, airlines would be ahead of the curve of their competition and claim agencies will become obsolete.
+ What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?
Over the past decade a claim agency industry developed which was in part caused by the airline industry's policy and approach to only slowly pay out justified compensations. Those 'claim farmers' such as AirHelp, flightright, EU claim and alike charge up to 40 per cent in commission for their services.
justclaims.eu is the digital response to that development.
There is no need on the side of the consumer to turn to a claim agency and waive a good share of their money if and when the carrier makes use of our solution.

The carrier's finances as well as the internal customer affairs staff plus the passengers will all benefit from a quicker and more transparent claims handling process.
