What makes your idea innovative? Why has no one ever done it before?

This idea is innovative as it will bring people together to interact with each other and share ideas to tackle the problem of over-tourism in a sustainable fashion.

In regards to finding the right collaborator, what is the most immediate or most pressing challenge you're facing right now?

I am still researching this idea and would like to talk to people with similar goals.

Indian Himalayan Region is experiencing a lot of stress due to over-tourism so the stakeholders in this region have a great responsibility to adapt and innovate to save the fragile ecosystem.
