The Ministry of Finance, Budget, Economy, and Planning in Chad is seeking a communication agency to support the ITIE-Chad (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) in achieving its communication objectives under the PAGESE Project.

• The scope includes developing a communication plan, creating a website, managing social media, and implementing monitoring tools for the initiative.

• Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are due by October 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
