MAR 26 DEADLINE - Support & Maintenance of the Loyalty Plus Loyalty Management Platform

Request for Quotation (RFQ) from SANParks for support and maintenance of LoyaltyPlus platform for 6 months.

  • Objectives: Solicit bids for supporting and maintaining LoyaltyPlus for SANParks, appoint experienced service provider.

  • Bid must meet specified requirements and show projected cost.

  • Scope includes ensuring functionality, accessibility, reliability, and desired outcomes.

  • Deliverables include support for Wild Card program and new loyalty program.

  • System Support Services:

    • Business analysis, project management, configuration, development, integration, deployment, adoption, maintenance, and support.

    • Set up and configure system per SANParks' rules.

    • Develop specific features upon request.

    • Conduct testing, issue licenses, manage data migration, deployment, ensure usability, manage SLAs, incident response, performance evaluation, preventative tasks, maintain documentation.

  • Business Support Service:

    • Provide administrator and user training.

    • Conduct live demonstrations.

    • Develop custom reports for business intelligence efforts.
