The Hub seeks an experienced external evaluation and learning partner for the Community Resilience Collaborative, a multi-state initiative strengthening civic infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and community resilience across 18 Appalachian communities. Scope includes evaluation design feedback, survey design and implementation, civic infrastructure landscape analysis, program outcomes analysis using mixed methods, and ongoing learning partnership through Summer 2028.
