Overview

The Sports & Exhibition Authority (SEA) of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County is seeking proposals for a complete website redesign and modernization. The scope includes overhauling the public-facing municipal/facility portal to improve accessibility, responsiveness, and navigational UX; migrating data schemas and asset libraries from legacy structures onto a modern, secure CMS; and provisioning multi-year secure cloud hosting, daily automated backups, core maintenance, and operational technical support.
