The Maryland Association of Destination Marketing Organizations (MDMO) seeks a consultant to develop a strategic plan that will establish a focused direction and gain consensus among members and stakeholders. The strategic plan will serve as a guide for current and future MDMO leadership.
Project: The project involves creating a 5-year strategic plan, conducting a SWOT analysis, and reviewing MDMO’s mission, vision, structure, and role within Maryland's tourism industry. Deliverables include a master plan, bylaw updates, and presentations to MDMO members.
