• Services include social media management, public relations, graphic design, event support, and campaign development.

• The submission deadline is October 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM CT, with web demonstrations scheduled for October 15-17, 2024.

• The contract will be for one year with the possibility of four one-year renewals.
