MAY 22 DEADLINE - Media Planning and Buying Services for US
The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (CIDOT) is soliciting proposals for U.S. media planning and buying services.
The chosen agency will manage CIDOT's communications strategy, media planning, and buying for five years, promoting visitation to the Cayman Islands.
Responsibilities include campaign development across various channels including television, print, out-of-home, digital media, mobile, paid search, and social platforms.
The agency must provide investment reporting, data management, analytics, and insight development.
Both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business support are required.
The contract begins October 2024. Tendering is mandatory for all Cayman Islands Government services.
The current contract concludes soon, necessitating a review for business continuity.
The RFP is open until May 22nd, 2024, with questions due by May 10th.
