The Conference of Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers (GSGP) invites proposals for a communications consultant to enhance the region's "blue economy," focusing on economic growth and environmental protection.

• The GSGP, comprising leaders from ten states and provinces, aims to communicate the region's potential in utilizing water resources for recreation, energy, and economic activity.

• The selected consultant will develop a strategic communications plan to attract investment and population, aligning messaging across the region.

• The contract duration is from June 1, 2024, to July 31, 2024, with a budget of US$25,000. Proposals, including contact details and relevant experience, must be emailed to gsgp@gsgp.org by May 15, 2024.

• Evaluation criteria include demonstrated ability, experience, results, and overall quality of submission.

• Virtual interviews with finalists will be conducted in late May, with work commencing on June 1.
