The Kingsland Convention and Visitors Bureau (KCVB) invites prospective bidders to submit proposals for the design of our Visitors Guide.

• This updated Visitors Guide will highlight Kingsland's tourism industry; the publication will be attractive, inviting and easy for visitors to use.

• The Visitors Guide is a magazine style format and has been very popular with distribution in heavy traffic areas and welcome centers throughout the State of Georgia.

• It is also mailed to potential visitors upon request. The Kingsland Visitors Guide serves as our primary destination marketing piece and should correspond with other marketing collateral with the goal to inspire visitors to plan a trip to Kingsland.

• Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal
