Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a creative and paid media agency for Visit Williamsburg's marketing and media services.

• Objective: Increase overnight visitation to Williamsburg, Virginia, comprising three municipalities.

• Goals: Increase visitation, destination awareness, improve impressions, establish Williamsburg as a premier U.S. travel destination, increase tax revenue, unify the region under DMO's tourism brand, enhance reporting, analytics, and data-driven optimization, bolster international marketing efforts.

• Selected Vendor responsibilities: Provide strategic creative direction, execute marketing programs, engage in creative planning, achieve business goals, work with a highly visible DMO.

• DMO Background: Williamsburg Tourism Council focuses on driving accommodation and tax revenues, funded through increased sales tax and transient occupancy tax.

• Destination Overview: Williamsburg region offers diverse attractions including Busch Gardens®, Colonial Williamsburg, Historic Jamestowne, Water Country USA®, and more, catering to travelers of all ages.
