The Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism (DBEDT) of Hawai‘i, through its newly formed Military and Community Relations Office (MACRO), is seeking proposals for Public Relations, Communications, and Outreach Services. The objective is to promote positive relationships between Hawai‘i's military and civilian sectors. The selected firm will engage in community outreach, education, and transparent communication, focusing on cultural sensitivity and promoting the cultural, economic, and environmental values of Hawai‘i.
