1.0 Introduction:
The Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (GORTT) established Tourism Trinidad Limited in 2017.
Aim: Develop and market Trinidad’s tourism offerings and stimulate economic growth.
2.0 Background and Project Overview:
Trinidad's unique selling proposition lies in its diversity and cultural heritage.
National Tourism Policy charges Tourism Trinidad Limited with developing an International Brand for Trinidad.
3.0 Instructions to Bidders:
Includes invitation and request, definition of terms, general notes, clarification, cost of submission, confidentiality, submission of tenders, amendment of RFP, deadline for submission, tender evaluation criteria, and more.
4.0 Project Scope and Specifications:
Seeking proposals from PR & Marketing firms in the USA.
Objectives: Increase visitor arrivals, enhance visibility, and engage various markets (Diaspora, MICE, Sport, Festivals).
Tasks: Media relations, event representation, travel trade engagement, direct consumer campaigns, and monthly reporting.
5.0 Form of Proposal:
Requirements: Prequalification, technical and commercial information, use of subcontractors, schedule of personnel, exceptions to the RFP, warranty of services, local conditions, taxes, permits, and surcharges.

Term Sheet for Tenderers and Commercial Proposal.
Additional Information:
Tenderers to provide company history, case studies, market approach, qualifications, resource locations, and fee structure.
Tender Validity: 120 days after the submission deadline.
