Scope of Work:
Prepare a study to address the feasibility of designating the Heritage Sites and the Delta as a National Heritage Area.
Work with university and community partners, including holding public forums.
Submit the final strategic plan by November 30, 2025.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated significant experience in the tourism or related industry.
Evidence of successful similar studies in the past.
Availability to commence work by October 1, 2024.
Proposal Requirements:
One paper copy and one electronic copy (USB) of the proposal.
Detailed qualifications of personnel assigned to the engagement.
Proposed start date and schedule.
Fee structure in a separate sealed envelope.
Evaluation Criteria:
Understanding of requirements and scope of services (20%)
Organizational structure and history (20%)
Performance of similar engagements (20%)
Recommendations and/or references (10%)
Acceptance of contractual services (30%)
