  • Consultation: Engage CTO Secretariat, members, tourism bodies, institutions, political, media, and local communities.

    • Economic and Environmental Impact: Assess tourism's economic impact, evaluate natural resource impact, sustainable practices, climate change mitigation/adaptation.

  • Stakeholder Engagements: Conduct interviews, workshops, focus groups across tourism sectors (aviation, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
