Islamorada, Village of Islands seeks proposals for a master plan for Founder's Park.

• The municipality, nestled within the Florida Keys, encompasses four islands and hosts a population of about 7,212 residents.

• Interested parties must adhere to Florida statutes and purchasing ordinances when submitting proposals. Founders Park, located at 87000 Overseas Highway, serves as the heart of the village's recreational activities.

• Facilities within the park include an aquatic center, tennis complex, pickleball facility, beach area, dog park, and more.

• The master plan should assess current facilities, engage the community for input, and present alternatives for improvement.

• Proposals must be submitted by certified mail or in person to the Village Clerk by April 22, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
