Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to provide promotional items and custom banners to showcase the destination for tourists forspecial events hosted by Leon County and Tourism Development, as well as vendor expos and a variety of other informational meetings.

• Leon County seeks promotional items, insisting they be new and customizable.

• The agreement with the vendor will allow purchases on an as-needed basis. Respondents must submit their product line and pricing, with room for negotiation on new or similar items.

• Pricing for promotional items and banners should be based on current rates with discounts from manufacturer catalogs, detailed in the Bid Price Sheet.

• Electronic catalogs or price lists must accompany proposals, displaying current and discounted pricing, with room for additional discounts.

• Existing cooperative contracts should offer equal or superior pricing.

• The lowest bidder will be determined by the total cost calculated from the "Quantity x Discounted Price" column on the Bid Pricing Sheet.

• The contractor must disclose the costs of all items.
