The Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau is seeking proposals for paid advertising and promotional services.

• Proposals can be submitted via email to jtroop@riversandroutes.com or by mail to their office address in Alton, IL, until April 1, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST.

• The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, waive technicalities, or accept any item of any proposal.

• There is no pre-submittal conference scheduled.

• Questions and inquiries should be submitted via email to Jason Troop, Director of Sports Marketing & Sales, by March 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST.

• Responses will be provided to known recipients of the RFP via email.

• Work shall begin on July 1, 2024, upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed from the Bureau.

• The contract term will be from the date of award to June 30, 2026.

• The Agreement will be awarded to the Contractor whose proposal is most advantageous to the Bureau, considering price and other factors.

• Contractors are responsible for their proposal preparation expenses.

• The Bureau will investigate the ability of the Contractor to fulfill proposal requirements and may request evidence of similar completed work.
